About IFA

Our training program is designed to help an athletes elevate in mind and body. We use three phases to achieve that goal. The three phases are hill running, soft sand, and track workouts. Within the three phases the athletes are taught how to sprint efficiently, increase lateral speed, and increase power. We teach the elevation of thought to increase athletic intensity which helps the athlete compete with the best of the best in the athletes respective sport as well as in life.
